Client understands that all payments made are non-refundable.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

If border closure occurs due to COVID-19, the amount paid thus far will be transferrable, non-refundable to another service by Mia Satu. Mia Satu is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to property which occur during a retreat. We recommend that the guests take travel insurance for your trip. Mia Satu is not liable for any traveling delay, strikes, lost baggage or injuries or damages of any kind. Insurances and COVID-19 testing are not included in the price.

You understand and agree that photographs and videos may be taken at the Event by authorized representatives of Mia Satu. You hereby grant the Organizers the right to capture, record, film and post for marketing. If you DO NOT wish to have your image captured or used in the manner described above, please notify Event Leader or contact the Organizers at miasmorandi@gmail.com before the Event begins.
